Downtown Parking Analysis
TCG has
performed numerous downtown parking analyses resulting in effective
management programs. The analyses consist of three components, an inventory
of spaces, a survey each parking space on an hourly basis to define
occupancy and an evaluation of accumulation, turnover and ultimate
comparison of supply and demand. The work is often done block-by-block.
