TCG successfully recruited a developer that converted the historic former (to have been vacant) Francis Scott Key Hotel in downtown Frederick to a market rate, mixed-use project.

 

 

 

 

Muskegon, Michigan

TCG successfully recruited development interests to redevelop a key downtown Muskegon parcel.  The waterview parcel will be mixed-use, having a significant concentration of quality housing.  The project eliminates a major blighting condition on the downtown.

 

 

 

Medical Office Complex, Midwest City

TCG successfully recruited REITs to purchase existing medical office buildings.  The buildings were subsidized and owned by a hospital that found it necessary to divest itself of the structures.
